South Thames College in South London has opened a government funded course to teach female students how to walk in high heels, which has resulted in external bombardment, which is a waste of taxpayers' hard-earned money.

The South Thames College said that the course called "urban sexy high heels" lasted for six weeks, and five students took the course. The students responded very well to the course.
