The conference deliberated and adopted the management regulations of China Apparel Association's fifth Specialized Committee for Down garments and articles.

Through election, Jiang Hengjie, the executive vice president of China Garment Association's fifth down garments and products, was appointed as the fifth Specialized Committee director of down garments and products, vice chairman of the China clothing association, chairman of the board of directors of Bosideng International Holdings Limited, executive deputy director, chairman of Handan snow Chi Group Co., Ltd., Wang Zixiu, chairman of Wang Yongping, chairman of Wuhan tramp BOT Co., Ltd., and chairman of Wuhan glacier group, Feng Sanjiu, chairman of the 14 enterprises. At the meeting, he issued a letter of appointment to the director and chairman of the fifth garment manufacturers of Qingzhou, China.

At the same time, the general assembly was appointed assistant director of the China clothing association's department director, Qu Fei, Secretary General of the fifth Specialized Committee of down garments and products, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Bosideng International Holdings Limited, Deputy Secretary General of Gao Mei Zhen, and Deputy Secretary General of the China Garment Association.
