The Reliance Industries Ltd has provided preliminary evidence that the subsidy environment has changed.
Reliance Industries Ltd's application has provided sufficient evidence that the number of subsidies has dropped to below the current tariff rate.
The reduction in the level of subsidy is mainly due to a marked decline in the rate of duty on duty (DEPB).
In view of the above mentioned, the European Commission believes that in terms of subsidies for Reliance Industries, there is significant initial evidence that the environment related to subsidies has changed significantly and has been continuously improved. Therefore, countervailing measures and anti-dumping measures should be reviewed.
