From the Quanzhou entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, 11 Quanzhou export enterprises, including the global footwear and footwear industry, were rated as Fujian's import and export quality and integrity enterprises, and the enterprises were entitled to preferential treatment for Entry-Exit Inspection and quarantine.

If the export goods are eligible for inspection and quarantine after the origin inspection and quarantine, the inspection and quarantine authorities at the customs port will no longer inspect the goods. The enterprises can go through the customs formalities directly at the Customs at the customs declaration place.

With this clearance mode, the clearance time of enterprises will be shortened, and the cost of agent inspection and other expenses can be reduced, saving time and effort.

It is understood that the threshold for applying for import and export quality and trustworthy enterprises in Fujian is not high, and there is no rigid requirement for the annual import and export volume of enterprises. Quanzhou enterprises engaged in import and export trade can apply.
