In view of the textile industry, the "opinions" clearly stated the objectives and tasks: before the end of 2011, the 74 type dyeing and finishing production lines, more than 15 years of pre-treatment equipment and bath dyeing equipment with a bath ratio of 1 to 10 were eliminated; the backward printing machines, hot melt dyeing machines, hot air cloth stretching machines and setting machines were eliminated; the backward production process equipment with high energy consumption and high water consumption was eliminated; the R531 type acidic old viscose spinning machine, the annual production of viscose production line less than 20 thousand tons, the wet process and DMF solvent spandex production process, and the DMF solvent method acrylic fiber production process were eliminated.
