It is understood that, in order to alleviate the plight of the relative shortage of scientific and technological resources, in September 2009, the Yiwu Virtual Research Institute was set up in our city, which studies ten fields related to food science, environmental engineering, communication control, industrial design, textile materials, dyeing and finishing, chemical engineering, polymer chemistry, new material application, mechanical automation, control theory and control engineering and so on.

In the first half of 2010, the virtual research institute has reached 25 cooperation projects with our city's enterprises, of which 12 projects have basically been completed, and 13 cooperative projects are being developed.

At present, the Institute of virtual research in Yiwu has reached 7 institutions, with 13 experts stationed, and an expert from the Shanghai Textile Academy of Sciences has been introduced and worked.

In order to better serve the enterprises, the city virtual research institute should give full play to the advantages of scientific and technological resources that have been placed in scientific research institutions, and organize "shaking hands with experts and entrepreneurs".
