In accordance with the regulations promulgated by the State Administration of industry and Commerce on the management of trade fairs, the following documents shall be submitted when applying for the trade registration procedures of commodities fairs:

(1) application forms for registration (two copies).

(two) prove that the holding unit has valid credentials of the legal person qualification.

Including: duplicate of business license and copy of person in charge.

(three) application for holding commodity fairs.

The contents include: the name, starting and ending date, location, category of exhibitors, the bank account of the organizer, the list of persons in charge of the organizer, the address of the Preparatory Office of the trade fair, and the telephone number.

(four) organization and implementation plan (including overall arrangement) of commodity fairs.

(five) evidence for the use of fairs.

(six) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, a commodity fair which is subject to the approval of the government or the relevant departments shall submit the corresponding approval documents.

Without the approval of the relevant administrative department under the State Council, the name of "China" and "the whole country" shall not be used in the name of the commodity exhibition.

(seven) a joint sales agreement should be submitted by more than two units.

(eight) fire prevention approval.

(nine) the Municipal Commercial Commission's approval.

The approval procedure for applying for registration of commodities fairs is to accept, examine, approve and issue certificates.

The administrative department for Industry and Commerce shall, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the certificate submitted by the applicant, make a decision to grant registration or not to grant it.

The registration certificate of trade fairs issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce shall be issued and registered.

The registration certificate of trade fairs shall include the name of the trade fair, the name of the organizer, the person in charge of the trade fair, the category of the commodities to be exhibited, the place where the commodities will be sold and the date of starting and ending.
