from Shanghai Clothing Research Institute The FZ/T 64009-2009 "nonwoven hot melt adhesive lining" drafted by many other units has been approved by the Ministry of industry and information technology of People's Republic of China and implemented since June 1, 2010. The standard provides for non-woven hot-melt interfacing. Product classification , technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packing and marking. The standard is applicable to the identification of all kinds of natural, bleached and coloured nonwoven hot melt adhesive lining.

The main contents of the standard include: Normalization Reference documents, terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, and others. Appendix A of this standard, test method for hot melt adhesive sealant after pressing and bonding of adhesive lining is a normative appendix. Appendix B technical requirements of internal control index is a data appendix.

This standard replaces FZ/T 64009-2000 "nonwoven hot melt adhesive interlining". Compared with FZ/T64009-2000, the new standard has mainly revised the following contents:

1, change the standard name to "non-woven hot melt adhesive lining";

2, delete the contents of the product specifications in the previous version 4.2.

3, the adjustment of the name of the internal quality indicators;

4, increase the coating deviation rate, safety performance evaluation items;

5, delete the requirements for color fastness, delete appendix B and appendix D of the previous edition.

6, adjusting the quality of unit area, transverse breaking strength, appearance of washing after adhesion and other indicators as well as hand feeling inspection methods;

7, improve the leak point, impurity appearance defect indicators;

8, adjust the contents of packaging and logo and appendix A, appendix C is adjusted to appendix B.

The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are:

GB/T11391-1989, FZ/T64009-1999, FZ/T64009-2000.
