In July 13, 2010, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice to make an anti dumping final for the narrow ribbon woven from the mainland of China and Taiwan (see table below). According to relevant legal procedures, the International Trade Commission of the United States will make a final ruling on anti-dumping cases in August 25, 2010, and if it is an affirmative ruling, the US Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping tax order on the products involved.

In August 6, 2009, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping investigation on the narrow ribbon woven from the mainland of China and the Taiwan area. Tape weaving Anti subsidy investigations were carried out on the narrow webbing. The customs codes for the involved products were 58063210.20, 58063210.30, 58063210.50 and 58063210.60. In February 18, 2010, the US Department of Commerce made an initial anti-dumping decision against the case and ruled that the dumping rate of enterprises involved in mainland China was 0% to 231.4%.
