Carrying out the printing and dyeing industry cluster upgrading project is the top priority of the county environmental protection bureau this year. The bureau has strengthened the check on industry environmental access, strictly controlled the approval of "two high and one capital" projects, and strictly carried out the acceptance of "three simultaneities" of environmental protection. At the same time, strengthen environmental law enforcement and supervision, strengthen online monitoring, take the form of patrol, direct inspection, inspection, etc., to realize the normalization of strict inspection and management of key regions, key basins, and key enterprises.

According to the latest report of the county environmental protection bureau, as of the end of June, the bureau had imposed administrative penalties on 55 illegal pollutant discharge enterprises, made a decision to control within a time limit (stop production for rectification) on 5 enterprises, and closed 11 illegal construction printing and dyeing enterprises.

The bureau also accelerated the pace of eliminating backward production capacity of the printing and dyeing industry through various measures such as stopping the approval of projects and raising the sewage charges, so as to free up environmental capacity for regional sustainable development. So far, 308 sets of production equipment of 5 enterprises have been eliminated.
