Mikhail Savran, director of marketing and customer service department of "children's world" group, quoted the market analysis result of the company as a forecast that the sales of Russian children's products, including toys, newborn products, footwear and clothing, will increase by 3% this year to 333 billion 670 million rubles this year.

It is predicted that toy sales will increase by 10% this year to 86 billion 770 million rubles and 78 billion 870 million rubles in 2009.

Sales of new products increased by 20% to 96 billion 670 million rubles and 80 billion 560 million rubles in 2009.

Sales of children's clothing increased by 12% to 112 billion 160 million rubles (100 billion 140 million rubles in 2009).

Sales of children's footwear increased by 9.8% to 38 billion 80 million rubles (34 billion 620 million rubles in 2009).

The authors of the survey report believe that by the end of 2015, the sales volume of Russian children's products market will reach 701 billion 260 million rubles in general, 1.4 times higher than in 2009.
