The Cost Of Clothing In The UK Will Increase By More Than 20 Years.
According to the British financial times, the cost of clothing in the UK is expected to increase by more than 20 years this year due to the rise in labor costs in China. Verdict, a retail research firm, predicts that clothing prices will rise by 4.4% this year, the highest level since 1986.
"Although it will bring additional pressure to consumers, the price of clothing will not go down forever, and prices will only continue to rise in the next few years," said Neal, Neil director of Verdict consulting, Neil.
