Reporters recently learned from the Fujian Shishi Office of the inspection and Quarantine Bureau, according to the Russian official announcement, since July 1, 2010, the electrical and electronic products contacted with food will no longer need to apply for health certification, instead of the Russian government's registration certificate. The health certificate issued before July 1st can be used in January 1, 2012.

　　據介紹，現在新的俄羅斯政府注冊證書只規(guī)范與食品有接觸的電子電氣產品，到目前為止，需要在俄羅斯政府注冊的產品包括飲料：礦泉水、瓶裝飲用水、軟飲料、酒精飲料、啤酒;專用食品：包括嬰兒食品、懷孕和哺乳期婦女用食品、運動員專用食品、生物活性食品添加劑、生產生物活性添加劑的原材料、有機產品;轉基因食品;食品添加劑、調味品、作為調味料和原材料的植物提取物、微生物和細菌發(fā)酵劑、技術輔助物，包括酶;化妝品、口腔衛(wèi)生工具和產品;殺蟲劑、蟲害和滅鼠工具;家用化學品;有潛在危險的化學物質和生物物質;預定用于飲用水供水的材料、設備、裝置及其他技術手段;兒童和成人個人衛(wèi)生用品、3歲以下(包括3歲)的兒童產品、營養(yǎng)餐和營養(yǎng)品、兒童護理衛(wèi)生用品、兒童服裝;預定與食品接觸的產品(炊具、餐具、設備除外)。

Fujian Shishi Office of the inspection and Quarantine Bureau suggests: first, the enterprises should react quickly, prepare the application certificates early, and strengthen the market penetration of products to Russian exports. Two, we should actively follow up the new demands of the Russian side, strengthen and improve the quality and health management system, take effective measures to strengthen the health management and control in the whole process of raw materials purchasing, acceptance, product processing, production process, storage, inspection and quarantine, and implement the health quality awareness of all links. Three, we should improve the technological level of production equipment and hardware facilities, enhance the technological improvement, adjust the production mode, ensure the export products meet the requirements of safety, hygiene and environmental protection, and maintain the good growth of our products to Russia.
