It mainly checks whether the enterprise strictly implements the inspection and acceptance system for raw material purchase, whether or not to use prohibited or restricted raw materials to produce textile products, whether or not strictly performing the inspection obligations before the product is manufactured, the product performance meets the quality requirements of the relevant product standards or specifications, whether the product instructions are in line with the requirements, whether the enterprise has forged the origin of products, forged or counterfeited others' factory names, factory sites, forged or fraudulent use of certification marks, and other quality marks, and falsified genuine illegal acts.

In the process of law enforcement inspection, the quality supervision department shall strictly investigate and punish the illegal acts of textile products found in accordance with the law. If the use of prohibited raw materials for production is discovered or there are other serious violations of the law, it is suggested that the business sector revoke its business license and pfer the suspected crime to the public security organ in accordance with the law.
