It is reported that SwissTex France SAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Textile JOINT-STOCK Company in Winterthur, Switzerland. Its business is mainly concentrated in textiles, carpet yarn, industrial filament and glass fiber.
Since the successful acquisition of French RITM company in Winterthur in April this year, all the assets and goodwill of the original RITM have been included in the SwissTex France SAS.
