A clause on the export of Chinese textiles ended at the end of 2008.

More importantly, fifteenth and sixteenth, one is the safeguard clause for the export of specific products in China, which means that the United States can protect the Chinese products separately. This is a discriminatory clause which is invalid in 2013.

At the same time, there is also a non market economy clause, assuming that China is a non market economy country, and this provision will expire in 2015.

Song Hong said, "the WTO negotiations did not realize that the two clauses were so influential.

In particular, the terms of the non market economy have great influence on the recognition and scope of our products.

China's products are the most competitive, but compared with other countries' mismatched costs, it is easy to identify dumping, and it is easy to exaggerate the degree of dumping after it is identified.

Even after the accession to the WTO, there were four trade disputes, but song Hong said that the situation of pparency, stability and openness in China's entry into the WTO has not changed.

"If we did not join WTO, there would be no such basic external market.

Like the textile industry in the 90s of last century, because the export quota was limited, the textile industry lost its entire industry.

At that time, there were not many cases.

Song Hong also believes that the international economic order should be adjusted, and these countries must tolerate this kind of impact.

At present, the commitments have been fully fulfilled and what efforts should be made for China's foreign trade in the future. Song Hong said that promoting the development from a trading power to a trade power will be the main keynote, which is interlinked with the upgrading of domestic industries.

After the improvement of domestic production capacity and technology level, China's trade export structure will naturally change.
