On the morning of 29, industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement officers came to two shops located on Cultural Road and Xihe Road, and found that the trademarks of these two shops were basically similar to those of "Winnie the bear". According to the identification of the person in charge of the injured enterprise, the clothing in these two stores basically copied their products, and the speed of the listing of the counterfeit products was almost the same as that of the genuine products. If consumers did not carefully identify them, they would be mistaken for genuine products.

According to the trademark law and other relevant laws and regulations, once verified, the operator will impose a penalty of three times less illegal business volume. At present, the industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement officers have seized the suspected infringing goods, and the case is still under investigation and handling.

On the spot, the law enforcement officials of industrial and commercial administration said that the counterfeit products on the market are increasingly rampant and the quality is low, which greatly disrupts the normal business order, damages the sales market and brand image of the genuine products, and violates the consumers' right to know. The law enforcement department reminds consumers that when buying goods, they should carefully distinguish the authenticity from the law, and find that if there is any wrongful act, they should be promptly reflected to the relevant departments.
