There are 4 residents' homes in the two lane of the east ring road blocked by water. After the storm in the morning, all the roads were full of stagnant water. There was also water in the lower part of the plot.

Yesterday morning, the residents in the hospital took off their shoes and rushed to work from the seeper area.

Residents told reporters that the two lane of the east ring road is actually a sewage well. But when it rains, it can not drain well. It may be that the drainage capacity of the sewage well is not enough, and the terrain of the two lane is lower than that of the surrounding area.

Residents reflected the matter to the Municipal Administration Bureau of Xindu District, and the staff then rushed to the scene to check.

The staff said that after the heavy rain, there were several waterlogging cases in the lower streets of Xindu City area. After dredging, most of the accumulated water had gradually subsided, and for the renovation of the two lane sewers in the East Ring Road, they would send people to see the rectification after the water was receded.
