The density detector has solved the problem of labor intensity and production efficiency which has troubled fabric density detection for a long time, and has declared the national invention patent.
Textile density is an important index of product quality, and is a necessary item in production, sales and procurement.
There were two kinds of textile density detection methods: first, magnifying glass observation and manual checking.
The problem is that the operator overlooks the magnifying glass over a long period of time, which is prone to fatigue and even causes discomfort due to long hours of work.
The speed of spot inspection is slow, especially for fine fabrics. Human errors often occur.
