As of mid June, a total of 29 leather enterprises were signed and 7 were introduced this year.
There are 8 foreign-funded enterprises in 29 enterprises, namely Fuxin Hengxin.

There are 5 tenders for workshop design, namely, Fuxin xinhengmei garment manufacturing Co., Ltd., Fuxin hengtan Fur Clothing Co., Ltd., Fu Xinxin Fuxin clothing and apparel Co., Ltd., Fuxin Mingda Fur Garment Co., Ltd., and 8 enterprises to build self built enterprises, namely, Fuguo Industrial Co., Ltd., Fuxin aoling fur and leather products Co., Ltd., Fuxin JST fur Co., Ltd., Fuxin East Asia leather Co., Ltd., Fuxin Hengxin fur products Co., Ltd., Fuxin Leather Engineering and technology center project, Fuxin North fur logistics center skin.
