Xingye leather was established in 1995 and was converted into a joint-stock company in January 2008. The company is mainly engaged in the production of cattle leather. Now its production scale is 500 thousand pieces of cow raw leather and 900 thousand blue skin of cattle.

Recently, the environmental protection department of Fujian province publicized the environmental verification situation of Xingye leather Polytron Technologies Inc listing, which also made the company's A share listing plan "exposed" ahead of schedule.

The company's application for listing environmental protection verification technology report shows that in order to further play the scale and efficiency of enterprises and develop high-tech products, the company is ready to list on A shares, and plans to submit materials to the SFC in August 2010.

The plan raises 602 million yuan, which will be invested in 1 million 500 thousand high-end leather finishing processing projects of the company and the subsidiary company, Fujian rizon Leather Co., Ltd., with 1 million 400 thousand new raw skins and 500 thousand new cattle and blue skins.

At present, the Fujian provincial Environmental Protection Office has verified that the company basically meets the environmental requirements of listing, and will be publicized for 10 days from August 11th.
