A total of 27 garment and cotton enterprises were examined, including 4 batches of cashmere sweaters, 8 batches of samples, 11 batches of 15 batches of cotton enterprises, 12 18 samples of garment enterprises, and three enterprises without finished products, and 1 enterprises were removed. A total of 41 batches of samples were taken, involving batches of 20642 pieces.

From the inspection results, the items such as formaldehyde, PH, color fastness, sewing quality, appearance quality, raw material requirement, impurity rate and short staple rate of the garment were all qualified for the yarn density, twist, strength and so on, and the overall quality condition was good.

The main reason for the 6 batches of products being unqualified is that the quality labels are not standardized, mostly for the labeling of ingredients, durability marks, washing instructions and so on.

Judging from the scale of production, clothing production enterprises are generally small in size, mainly in the production of school uniforms and tooling. Small workshop production and management account for more than 90%, lack of independent brands and market share, lack of research and development capabilities, technical strength and marketing strength, which restricts the overall development of the garment industry.

The overall situation of cotton production enterprises has improved to a certain extent, but most of the enterprises still stay at the low level of small workshop production.

In view of the problems found in the provincial supervision and inspection of the quality of clothing and cotton products, the quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of the Ningxia autonomous region requires the relevant departments to deal with it in accordance with the law. A rectification notice shall be issued to the production enterprises of the general quality substandard products, and the rectification work shall be ordered to rectify and be rechecked and collected. The products and fake and shoddy products that may cause human health and personal and property safety hazards shall be punished according to law, and the enterprises shall be urged to make rectification within a time limit.
