The New Material Research Institute of Zhejiang Modern Textile Industry Research Institute recently launched the first new type of spinning heating equipment.

The equipment is an independent unit attached to spinning equipment. It consists of two parts: induction heating system and remote control system. It can be applied flexibly to all kinds of melt spinning equipment without changing the structure and process of the original equipment.


  

Spinning port

Generally speaking, the spinneret outlet of the spinning component, the melt becomes a fine stream from the key part, and becomes the primary silk through cooling, solidification and stretching.

As a key process control point, the role of spun port heating can not be underestimated.

First, the heating of the spinneret makes the spinneret generate uniform heat energy, and achieves precise control. Based on the original environment, the continuous consistency of the plate temperature is achieved, ensuring that the melt flow from each hole is uniformly heated, and the continuous steady state of the monofilament is ensured from the source.

Secondly, under the condition that the original technology is not changed, the temperature of the spinning mouth is set to the same temperature as the spinning box, the solidification point 3~10cm can be reduced, the elongation of the winding fiber is increased obviously, the nozzle drawing ratio in the process design can be increased, and the production capacity of 2~3% will be increased after the adjustment process.

Thirdly, the temperature of the spinning port can reach a higher temperature than that of the spinning box, thus achieving the relative low temperature pportation of the melt in the pipeline and spinning at high temperature in the instant.
