According to IVL Group CEO Aloke Lohia, the acquisition will raise the company's revenue by 20% this year, aiming to continue to expand the company's customer base.

Lohia said polyester production is about 200 thousand tons per year, so they plan to launch three new investment projects in the second half of this year.

The acquisition will take advantage of the company's working capital and banks.

IVL is also exploring the growth potential of other parts of the world like North America, Europe and Asia.

Recently, the company established its first factory in Nigeria, Africa.

The capacity is 75000 tons / year, and the factory is expected to start operation in the third quarter of 2011.

According to similar routes, the US AlphaPet project is a PET recycling plant with a capacity of 36000 tons / year and is expected to be put into operation in the last quarter of 2011.

The company's revenue in the second quarter of this year was 23 billion 870 million baht, slightly higher than 21 billion 50 million baht in the same period last year.

Meanwhile, in the first 6 months of this year, the company received 47 billion 970 million baht, compared with 38 billion 650 million baht in the same period last year.

Similarly, in the two quarter of this year, the net profit of the company was 2 billion 250 million baht, compared with a net profit of 2 billion 220 million baht in the same period last year.
