In late June of this year, the Huangshi industrial and Commercial Bureau launched a two month special enforcement action against counterfeiting and protecting the name and excellent products, focusing on hot commodities such as clothing, daily necessities and food products, and severely combating counterfeiting infringing acts such as counterfeiting registered trademarks of others, counterfeiting famous names of famous commodities, packaging and decorating, "brand name", counterfeiting product origin, production date and quality mark.
On the morning of August 23rd, the Huangshi trade and Industry Bureau jointly commissioned the Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd., the international brand "Montagut", to conduct a special inspection of the "Montagut" products sold by the large shopping malls and exclusive stores in Huangshi city. A total of 5 shopping malls and 4 franchised stores were inspected. 7 major categories of "Montagut" clothing, underwear, leather shoes, bags and so on were inspected and 207 counterfeit "Montagut" garments were valued, worth 19 million yuan.
Up to now, the Huangshi industrial and commercial bureau has inspected all kinds of special enforcement actions against counterfeiting and protecting famous persons.
Operating households
3901 households received 22 appeals from enterprises, accepted 59 complaints from consumers, and investigated 123 cases of infringement. The value of the case was nearly 1 million 200 thousand yuan, which saved 10 million yuan for enterprises and consumers.
