It is understood that Heilongjiang dragon Limited by Share Ltd, formerly known as Heilongjiang polyester factory, was built in 1975, located in the A Cheng Economic Development Zone, with an annual output of 170 thousand tons of polyester melt production capacity, its industrial yarn production capacity in the same industry ranked fourth, direct spinning short silk monopoly Northeast market, enjoys a high reputation in the industry.
The company went public in 1998 and traded on the third board market in 2006.

In 2006, long Di shares borrowed 275 million yuan from the Heilongjiang branch of the National Development Bank in Heilongjiang, and the 352 million yuan assets were mortgaged to the provincial investment company.
In the past 3 years, long Di shares fell into the difficult position of normal production, and the loan principal and interest could not be repaid. In June this year, they entered the auction process according to law.
According to the public auction notice, the auction of long Di shares includes 225 thousand square meters of factory buildings and auxiliary rooms with a total construction area, 8 industrial land with a total area of 405 thousand square meters, and nearly 3000 sets.
Production equipment
Assets account for about 68% of the total fixed assets of long Di shares.
These targets will not be split up and sold for sale.
According to the relevant person in charge of the enterprise, about 30% of the assets of the enterprise have already been mortgaged to the relevant units.
More than 800 employees of the company began to take off in July, and now the production line has been shut down.
