William Tempest was selected to the list of finals of the 2008 FashionFringe competition in Britain. She received 2 years' Diploma in costume design at the age of 16, and graduated from the Fashion Design Institute of London Fashion School in first grade.
After working with GilesDeacon for four seasons, he went to Paris to work with Jean Charles deCastelbajac. He ordered clothes for many stars, including Madonna, Lily Allen and VictoriaBeckham.
It wasn't until Emma Watson took part in the movie "Tales ofDespereaux" that the translucent little black dress was worn to make WilliamTempest a famous overnight. At the age of 24, he had become the hottest star in London. Emma is very fond of his design, and even refused to invite many luxury brands in order to see his show.
