Modal fiber

It belongs to the second generation viscose staple fiber. It overcomes the shortage of low strength and poor dimensional stability of the first generation product. It has the characteristics of high strength, good spinnability and good weaving. It is widely used in the high-end textile market, and the products are always in short supply, and the production technology has been monopolized by two foreign companies for a long time.

Since 2003, Sanyou group has started research and development of modal fiber and invested 89 million 700 thousand yuan. Relying on its own scientific and technological advantages, after years of unremitting efforts, it finally succeeded in developing and breaking the monopoly of foreign technology and achieved a major breakthrough in China's viscose staple fiber in the high-end field. Technology development

"Strategy", adhering to the scientific and technological costs, technological progress and technological innovation, successfully developed 62 new products, such as flame retardant fiber, 20 items to fill gaps in domestic and provincial areas, 25 new technologies were awarded provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, and 50 patents were obtained.
