It plans to invest in rare earth development projects for Jiang Wei holding group.
In September 26th, Chinalco and Jiangxi SASAC signed the agreement on capital increase and share expansion of Jiangxi rare metal tungsten Holding Group Co., Ltd.
According to the agreement, after approval by the Jiangxi provincial government, Chinalco will invest in Jiangwei holding group and become its controlling shareholder by means of capital increase and share expansion.
Chinalco said that China Aluminum Company is the controlling shareholder of the company, directly and indirectly holding about 41.82% of the company's issued shares.
The board of Directors hereby declares that the company is not the trading party of the above paction.
As of the announcement date, the company did not participate in the foregoing.
