According to the staff, since the establishment of the quality inspection institute, the national shoe inspection center has not only promoted the gradual development of the footwear industry in Wenzhou to the high quality, but also greatly enhanced Wenzhou's social influence and popularity as the "shoes capital of China", and attracted businessmen from northeast, Jiangsu and Lishui to invest in factories, thus promoting the industrial agglomeration effect.
