The 2 batch is the decorative parts of shoes, such as flowers, small stars and other small parts easily fall off, causing children to eat accidentally, while the other 38 batches are all shoes.

Since October 2008, European countries such as France, Finland, Poland, Sweden and Britain have been exposed to two methyl fumarate in consumer goods, including skin itching, sensitivity, redness and burning.

Therefore, in March 17, 2009, the European Commission decided to ban the use of this mould inhibitor for all consumer goods.

Starting from May 1, 2009, if the product or product contains two methyl fumarate and its content is above 0.1 mg per kilogram (0.1mg/kg), it can not be put into or sold in the EU market.

In March 12, 2010, the EU issued a resolution of the 2010/153/EU Committee, which decided to extend the ban on the two methyl fumarate ban to March 15, 2011.

At present, the annual output of China's footwear exceeds 10 billion pairs, which leads to over 6 million employment and annual output accounts for 60% of the world's total output, of which exports exceed 8 billion pairs, and Chinese shoes account for more than 7 of the total import share in the US and Europe.

Quality and safety have become the first class elements of China's footwear products. Export footwear enterprises only attach great importance to product quality, especially in the production process of footwear, to eliminate the use of fumaric acid two methyl ester, so as to consolidate China's status as a big exporter and a powerful country for footwear products.

For this reason, the inspection and quarantine department suggests exporting footwear enterprises: we must not relax the monitoring of two methyl fumarate in preservatives.

When signing the raw material supply contract with suppliers, the DMF content should be included in the contract monitoring scope to reduce risks.

If necessary, it is required to provide proof of raw materials without DMF; actively establish a hazardous substance control system; use high-risk agents such as desiccant and mould inhibitor to ensure that it does not contain two methyl fumarate; screening and using high efficiency, broad-spectrum antibacterial, non toxic, environmentally friendly and small irritant agents, so as to ensure that products comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the importing countries and regions.
