Out of Operational safety Consider, Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council 22 released urban public transport The regulations (Draft) expressly stipulates that drinking, smoking, begging, entertainment and other behaviors that affect the normal operation of vehicles, passengers' safety and riding order should not be allowed in urban public transport vehicles.

The draft stipulates that passengers should abide by social ethics, be civilized and hygienic, obey management and purchase tickets according to regulations.

In addition, the draft stipulates that no person shall engage in any of the following acts endangering the operation safety of urban public transport: unauthorized parking of non urban public transport vehicles, stacking of debris or placing of stalls at urban public transport stations and their access passageways; carrying control knives and explosives, flammable, radioactive, toxic and corrosive substances that affect public safety to ride on urban public transport vehicles; illegally intercepting urban public transport vehicles or forcing urban public transport vehicles; unauthorized access to urban rail transit lines, tunnels and other prohibited areas; destroying urban public transport vehicles, facilities and equipment; interfering with the normal work of drivers and flight attendants; and other acts endangering the operation safety of urban public transport.
