On October 22nd, Zhu Zhanghai, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of statistics and director of the office of the leading group of the sixth census of Shanghai, revealed at a news conference that the upcoming census was registered, but some of the housing involved.

Zhu Zhanghai said that this census does have some housing indicators, but these indicators only involve the living environment or the quality of residence, which are some basic indicators.

Specifically, in the main form of the census, 90% of households fill in the "short form", which involves two indicators of housing problems, one is the construction area, the other is the number of houses.

In the "long watch" completed by 10% of households, there are more indicators for housing. Apart from the area and number of houses built, it also includes housing construction age, structure type, facilities, sources of housing (rent or purchase), and so on, and has nothing to do with housing property rights.

From from November 1st to 10th, there will be more than 120 thousand census instructors and census instructors in Shanghai. They will go to more than 5400 census districts and more than 80 thousand census districts in the city to carry out on-site registration.

There are 4 kinds of census tables: short form, long list, death population questionnaire and overseas personnel questionnaire.
