It has become the second pillar industry of our county's industry.

The plan actively promotes the construction of Lishui shoe leather industrial cluster with Qingtian County as the core block, speeds up industrial restructuring, optimizes the layout of industrial clusters, enhances enterprise innovation capability, deepens environmental pollution remediation, ensures balanced balance between industrial development and environmental protection, and realizes Lishui shoe leather industrial cluster's healthy, rapid and sustainable development.

The plan was commissioned by the county economic and Trade Bureau and commissioned by the Zhejiang Institute of industrial economics, based on the spirit of the relevant documents, and the implementation time was from 2010 to 2015.

A number of industrial pfer zones have been established along the Oujiang River to form an industrial expansion zone and take the initiative to undertake the pfer of the shoe leather industry in the field.

The plan proposes that by 2015, the shoe leather industry will become the dominant industry in Lishui's traditional industries, with clear industrial structure, broad prospects for development and obvious brand advantages. Lishui shoe leather industrial cluster will become an important gathering area with strong competitive strength in Zhejiang shoe leather industry.

By the end of 2015, the total industrial output value of shoe leather enterprises above Designated Size had reached over 12 billion yuan, and 2 enterprises with over 1 billion yuan in the form of adult sales revenue and 7 enterprises in 5-10 billion yuan have achieved the IPO listing and financing enterprises.
