Hengtong cotton storage project was formally signed in Beijing in December 2009, and was included in the key construction plan in 2010.

The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, covering an area of 316 mu, mainly based on the construction of cotton storage, which integrates cotton spot inspection, supervision, processing, logistics and distribution as one.
