The second item: Party A pays RMB $10000 to Party B.

It consists of three parts:

Earnest money, the first car and the rest of the car.

The third is: the payment method and time limit of Party A: the deposit will be paid ten thousand yuan on the date of the contract, and the first vehicle will be paid in cash within three days.

The fourth item: Party B shall deliver the defective vehicle and vehicle tools immediately upon receipt of the first vehicle payment of Party A.

The warranty period is one month from the date of delivery of the vehicle.

And ensure that others have no claim for the car.

Fifth: the cost of pshipment is borne by Party A.

Party B has the obligation to assist in handling.

The sixth item: Party B shall deliver to Party A all the true and valid certificates and tax payment certificates.

Seventh: Party B shall ensure that the vehicle is maintained normally before delivery, and the procedure is complete.

Eighth: Party A will not refund the deposit in violation of this contract.

The ninth item: Party B should pay the liquidated damages equivalent to the amount of deposit to Party A in violation of this contract.

Tenth: this contract shall come into force on the date of signing by both parties.
