Despite a large number of second-hand clothing dealers, dealers continue to maintain, for example, because the number of buyers is quite high, supporting their business.

The Peru competition and Intellectual Property Protection Committee issued a resolution recently (No.176-2010/CFD) that the Peru decided to impose anti-dumping duties on shoes imported from China for 15 customs categories in March 1997 (resolution No.005-97/CDS). In view of the fact that the terms of the levy had passed, and the international and domestic situation of the related products had changed in recent years, the committee decided to launch an anti-dumping review procedure for the anti-dumping measures that originated from China's imports of all kinds of shoes other than slippers and slippers.

The parties concerned may, within 6 months from the date of promulgation of this resolution, provide arguments or evidence to participate in the proceedings investigation.
