Two. Prepare documents required for import declaration.

2. import products from EU, USA, Korea and Japan, such as wooden heating boxes, heat treatment certificates or phytosanitary certificates, if not wooden, provide wooden packages.

3. the documents stipulated in the tax regulations (such as import licenses, electromechanical certificates, certificates of important industrial products).

4. there is a manual for reducing tax exemption.

Three, after import declaration, if the customs price is required, the exporter should provide relevant price certificate.

Documents such as letters of credit, insurance policies, original invoice, tender documents, etc.

Four, after the customs prints the tax bill, the exporter needs to pay taxes and fees on 7 working days.

If the time limit is exceeded, the customs shall collect the late fees on a daily basis.

Five, exporters need to pay customs declaration and inspection fees in time.

The goods must be declared to the Customs within fourteen days after arrival.

If the time limit exceeds three months, the customs will make the sale of the goods without a master's account (the value of goods is 5/10000).

The inspection of imported goods can be divided into two broad categories.

One is listed in the "species list" and the contract stipulates that the commodity inspection certificate issued by China's commodity inspection authorities shall be imported.

After the arrival of the imported goods, the receiving department, the freight forwarding agency or the forwarding agency shall immediately report the inspection to the port commodity inspection authorities, fill in the inspection documents for import goods, and provide relevant documents and documents such as contracts, invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc., and after receiving the inspection, the inspection bodies shall inspect the consignments and pass the seals on the import declaration forms, and the customs shall release them accordingly.

The other is the import commodities which do not belong to the previous category. The commodity inspection authorities in the areas where the goods are received, used or pported by the agent shall declare the inspection of imported commodities, examine them by themselves or be inspected by the commodity inspection authorities. The inspection results shall be submitted to the commodity inspection authorities within the claim period. If the inspection fails, the inspection agencies shall promptly apply for re examination and certification to the commodity inspection authorities, so as to lodge claims against foreign businessmen.
