It is understood that these seven standards are respectively made by the national textile Standardization Technical Committee, the wool textile branch, the cotton textile printing and dyeing branch and the knitwear branch, which are mainly drafted by the national knitting product quality supervision and inspection center and the Shanghai Mau Textile Science and Technology Research Institute and so on, and it was formulated in 2011.

The national Ministry of industry and Commerce announced plans to amend the plan, a total of 2620 projects, covering textile, chemical, steel, light industry, electronics and other fields of industry, the textile industry has 147 standards, including 144 product standard projects, energy saving and comprehensive utilization of 3 standard projects.

These standards will be formulated and revised around the requirements of standardization tasks formulated by the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan.
