The volunteers at the opening and closing ceremonies are divided into 8 teams, namely, the opening and closing ceremony of the operation team office, the ceremony and performance, the core area service guarantee, the traffic organization and service, the core area safety assurance, the Pearl River cruise operation, the concierge service, the fireworks operation and guarantee.

Besides the opening and closing ceremony volunteers, the Asian Games volunteers, including the AOC, the athletes' leading, the media village, the domestic and international VIP service, the youth camp and the international observer service, are also on duty.
