Recently, the nineteenth China JEANSWEST cup casual wear design competition finals was held in the 798 Central Hall of Beijing.

20 entries from the national fashion design institutes successfully entered the finals, and the gold, silver and bronze awards were settled.

The China JEANSWEST cup casual wear design competition has been successfully held for 18 consecutive years since its start in 1993. It is a professional event that the fashion industry, the faculty and students and the public are highly praised. It has become the most concerned and fiercely competitive design competition in similar competitions in China.

This year's JEANSWEST cup competition takes "green action" as the design theme, hoping to arouse the younger generation's responsibility for changing the future in a green way.

As an important event in this fashion week, the JEANSWEST Cup finals not only invited the senior vice chairmen of the China Fashion Designers Association, Li DQI, chairman of the Hongkong Fashion Designers Association, Yang Qibin, and other senior personages as the judges, but also arranged the contest to promote ambassador Chen Chusheng to help them, so that the whole event was professional and enthusiastic.

During the three months of the competition, 6125 entries were received.

Contestants' creative ideas and the ingenious combination of natural dyestuffs, eco textiles and organic cotton fabrics will fully reflect the current trend design concept in the competition and make people refreshing.

The finalists' works, in the design concept, color matching, material mixing and so on, fully embody the characteristics of contemporary young people, represent the highest standards of Chinese fashion design institutes, and have won the praise of the Organizing Committee and the judges.
