In October 2010, the accreditation group organized by the Sichuan Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau carried out laboratory accreditation on the Neijiang silkworm quality supervision and inspection station in Sichuan. The laboratory accreditation was carried out on the basis of the accreditation criteria for laboratory accreditation. The laboratory's hardware and software conditions and field operation tests were examined by listening, looking, checking, questioning and testing methods. After 2 days' assessment, the evaluation group confirmed that it had the ability to detect all 9 parameters of Silkworm Hybrids, and the station passed the metrology accreditation on-site assessment.

Neijiang silkworm quality supervision and inspection station is the first municipal quality inspection institution in Sichuan and third in southern Sichuan.

The adoption of this assessment will further improve the management level and inspection and quarantine level of silkworm quality inspection institutions, ensure the quality of silkworm eggs, and ensure the producers of silkworm eggs.
