The textile industry park development seminar and the awarding ceremony were held in Xi'an. The Xi'an modern textile industrial park located in the textile city was officially awarded the "Shaanxi new industrialization textile industry demonstration base".
Wang Tiankai, vice president of China Textile Industry Association and vice governor Wu Dengchang attended the meeting.

The total investment of the park plan is 30 billion yuan. Since its construction in April 2009, it has invested 1 billion 500 million yuan in total, 23 enterprises have been introduced, 5 billion yuan has been imported from the contract, and 10 billion yuan of intent has been invested.
Wu Dengchang said that speeding up the construction of Modern Textile Industrial Park in Xi'an will play an important exemplary role in accelerating the pformation of the textile industry and realizing the re emergence of the old industrial base.
As a carrier of industrial clusters, Xi'an Textile Industrial Park should continue to accelerate the construction of supporting infrastructure, further improve its efficiency, provide better services for enterprises that have already entered the park and are about to enter the park, and enhance the attraction, cohesion and bearing capacity of enterprises with superior investment environment, so as to truly play the exemplary role of the demonstration base.
