Standard Dress Is No Show.

A business delegation met in a foreign field. A female civil servant of a local government agency was responsible for receiving them. When the members of the delegation saw the more than 30 year old woman, they could not help looking at each other, thinking, "how did she wear a children's dress?" the woman wore a flannelette patterned blouse and a fancy seven cent trousers, especially the collar and lace of her jacket, which resembles children's clothing in order to make herself look younger.
