SOHO&Nbsp; Delisting Shanghai Hongqiao &Nbsp; "Airport 15 Block".
In November 11th, SOHO China (00410.HK) Pan Shiyi, the chairman of the board of directors, announced in Shanghai that in the design competition of "Hongqiao airport project" in Hongqiao, Shanghai, the architects of the United Kingdom defeated the other three top competitors from the United States, Norway and the United Kingdom, and their design became the ultimate winner.
In August 13, 2010, SOHO China successfully delisted.

The land is located in the Hongqiao Airport Economic Park. Its adjacent Hongqiao pport hub will consist of 2 airstrip runways, 24 waiting pads, 30 high-speed railways and 5 subway lines. After opening, the throughput will reach 1 million 400 thousand passengers, making it the largest pport hub in the world.
SOHO China's three other projects in Shanghai are also close to the pport hub.
SOHO Donghai square is located in Nanjing West Road, near the pport hub of Jingan Temple. There are Metro Line 7, line 2 and planned line 14. The Bund 204 block is located in the core area of the Bund, near the Bund's three dimensional pportation hub and yacht pier. There are Metro Line 10 and planned subway line 14. Luwan District 43 neighborhood is located in the vicinity of Xintiandi of Huaihai middle road. It is located at the intersection of subway line 10 and the 13 line under construction, near the subway line 1, and belongs to Huaihai middle road pportation hub.
In more than a year, SOHO China has launched four degrees, and the four most prosperous business areas in Shanghai, Nanjing West Road, the Bund, Hongqiao and Huaihai Road.
It is expected that the airport SOHO will start next year and will be completed in 2013.
