Eighteenth safekeeping conditions

The temperature of film and film library should be kept at 13-15 C, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 35%-45%.

The temperature of the picture should be kept at 14-24 C, the relative humidity should be kept at 37.5%-67.5%, the recording temperature should be kept at 18-24 C, and the relative humidity should be kept at 40%-60%.

The nineteenth negatives, tapes, tapes and video tapes should be placed. The tape library must avoid the magnetic field above 30 oer. The spacing between the magnetic field box and the box should not be less than 3mm.

The twentieth photo archive of inventory should be checked twice a year.

Twenty-first archived and preserved audio-visual archives shall not be revoked, extracted, cleaned, demagnetizing or altered privately. Destruction of audio-visual archives must be authenticated, obtained by the archiving units, and submitted to the competent leaders for approval and registration.

The twenty-second one is to establish and improve the statistical system of audio-visual archives, do well the statistics work of audio and video archives collection, removal, inventory quantity, storage, and the use and effect.
