The two sides reached the following contract through consultation on the issue of the ownership of housing:

1. Housing condition: the gift house is located in the housing area of the city hall of the people's Republic of China.

Three, Party A ensures legal ownership of the premises.

Four, party a promised to give the ownership of the house to Party B, and clearly stated that the ownership of the house shall be owned by Party B.

Five, after the entry into force of this agreement, the warrant replacement procedures shall be handled by Party B.

Six. This Agreement shall be effective after signature and notarization.

Seven. This agreement is made in five copies. Each party holds one copy. One notary office keeps the bottom and one is handed over to the housing authority for the record.
