Chattel gift contract with conditions of suspension

Party A voluntarily bestowed on Party B, and reached the following agreement through consultation with Party B on specific gifts:

The first thing to be given to the donor is that Party A wishes to give it to Party B.

The second donation is effective.

Third party A's performance deadline: Party A shall deliver to Party B the first clause within the day of Party B's achievement of the second agreed terms.

The dissolution of the fourth contract: if Party A dies before Party B accomplishments the conditions stated in Clause second, the contract shall be automatically terminated.

Article fifth Party B shall not adopt improper means to facilitate the achievement of the conditions in order to obtain the gift of Party A. otherwise, Party A will not be given the duty of giving due to the failure of the conditions.

Sixth if Party B has any previous wrongdoing, Party A will cancel the contract.

Seventh liability for breach of contract

If Party A fails to deliver the contract to Party B in accordance with the time limit stipulated in the contract, Party B can deliver the goods within a limited time. If the party fails to deliver the goods within the time limit, Party B shall have the right to ask Party A to pay the equivalent value of the currency.

The eighth contract is in two copies. Each party holds one copy.
