The supplementary person is the person who completes the supplementary record to the blank record which must be recorded in the blank cheque.

Supplementary actions are the following legal consequences:

First, the supplementary person shall exercise the supplementary right by the authorized intention, and the check becomes the completed bill. The invoke shall not fight against the payee (or holder) on the grounds that the cheque has not been recorded completely.

Second, complementation is complementary and authorized.

Third, the holder is malicious or negligent in obtaining a cheque, and the invoke may accordingly defend the holder against reason.

Since our current pfer cheques cannot be endorsed in most parts of the country, in practice, if a supplementary person complements himself or his institution for the payee, the supplementary person (or his institution) and the payee and the holder shall be the same person. If the supplementary person pfers the check, the payee and the holder shall be the same person.
