The proportion of central fixed assets increased from 16% in 2005 to 35%, and in the West from 6.7% in 2005 to 8.36%.

The eastern region is taking the lead in developing from quantity to quality and efficiency. Many famous domestic enterprises have settled in Xinjiang. In the past, labor exporting provinces such as Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan and Sichuan have become the key areas to actively undertake industrial pfer.

Du Yuzhou, President of China Textile Industry Association, emphasized that there are still many factors of extensive, uncoordinated and unsustainable development in China's textile industry. Especially after the impact of the financial crisis, it is far from enough for the whole industry to feel more clearly that the pformation and upgrading of the way of development that has been achieved is far from enough.
